While Brix&Co already has a strategic marketing plan underway, this project would establish the necessary business framework and roadmap to ensure sustainable sales growth and brand scalability. Brix&Co is poised to grow within the luxury furniture market but requires a robust business plan to guide its expansion into key partnerships with design-centered retailers and hospitality-focused firms. This project would outline steps for achieving Brix&Co’s sales targets and strategically positioning the brand as a prime acquisition opportunity within the luxury wholesale furniture market.

Marketing Specialist for Custom Table Line
The Marketing Specialist will be in charge of implementing our carefully crafted marketing strategy for the wholesale introduction of our custom table line to hospitality interior designers. You are poised at the cross-section between the creative world of design and the vibrant dynamics of market analytics. We trust you to: Execute our strategic marketing plan effectively, ensuring our designs find the right platforms and audiences in the hospitality sector. Showcase the elegance, functionality, and unique nature of our table line, demonstrating the deep-rooted design expertise that each piece symbolizes. Cultivate and nurture relationships with hospitality interior designers, understanding their needs, challenges, and aspirations, to align our solutions accordingly. Monitor and analyze the performance of the marketing strategy and be open to data-driven adjustments that translate into achieved targets and uncovered opportunities. Requirements: Proven experience as a marketing professional with a verifiable track record in a related industry or role. Exceptional communication skills to articulate our philosophy and design language in a compelling and relatable fashion. An understanding of the interior design landscape, particularly the hospitality sector, to perform targeted outreach effectively. Detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. A creative mindset laced with professional judgment to adapt and optimize strategies based on market response.

AMR Interior Design & Drafting Ltd. Strategic Marketing Plan
The main goal of this project is to build on a strategic marketing plan for AMR Interior Design & Drafting Ltd.'s furniture product line to introduce it to the hospitality interior designer industry for wholesale. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Conducting market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and trends in the hospitality interior designer industry. - Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to target the identified customer segment. - Creating a budget and timeline for the marketing strategy. - Developing a plan for tracking and measuring the success of the marketing campaign. - Creating promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and website content.
