In 2011, together with soft skills experts in the US, Canada, Netherlands, Singapore and Chile, Patrick co-founded the 'IITTI World Civility Index' non-profit for a universal measurement standard on soft skills such as empathy, resilience and intercultural intelligence where it is now used in 19 countries.
