Collaborated in a five-member team to complete a consulting project for Circular Rubber Technologies (CRT), delivering a strategic sales and outreach plan. The project included global market research, competitor analysis, client identification, ROI evaluations, and customer lifecycle metrics to support CRT’s growth and sustainability goals in the recycled rubber industry.

• SOY – Food Waste Reduction:
Collaborated in a three-member team to complete a sustainable commercialization project focused on reducing food waste and addressing food insecurity. Developed an AI-powered food redistribution app and a high-protein snack made from upcycled grains. Conducted market research, breakeven analysis, and feasibility assessments to validate the solution’s scalability. Contributed to prototyping, marketing strategy, and financial planning in alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goal 2 (Zero Hunger).

• Riipen – Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA):
Collaborated in a three-member team to develop a comprehensive commercialization plan for the Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA), a New York-based social impact organization. Designed a market entry strategy for ChatBoy, an AI-powered gamified app that helps neurodivergent and marginalized women recognize manipulation tactics. Conducted industry and competitor analysis, identified market gaps, and proposed a phased go-to-market strategy including B2B partnerships, freemium monetization, and integration into academic and corporate wellness programs. Delivered a detailed roadmap for app scaling, influencer marketing, and global expansion.
