The goal of this project is to identify and evaluate AI marketing tools that can enhance CyberBridge Marketing’s internal operations and client services. Students will research and recommend practical, cost-effective tools that align with our positioning and the needs of MSP clients.

  • Apply marketing and operational theory to evaluate technology adoption.
  • Analyze our marketing needs and identify areas where AI could drive efficiency or differentiation.
  • Explore emerging or underutilized tools relevant to cybersecurity and B2B marketing.
  • Deliver a practical, low-cost roadmap for AI integration


Deliverables

AI Marketing Tool Recommendation Report (5–7 pages):

  • 6–8 tools organized by category (e.g., content creation, scheduling, analytics, email, personalization)
  • Key info: use case, cost, pros/cons, ease of use, integration potential
  • Clear callouts for internal use vs. client-facing opportunities


Short Summary Slide Deck (optional, 3–5 slides):

  • High-level overview of findings and top picks
  • Visual version of the final report for internal sharing or presentation
